At Verenza, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We take pride in the warmth, softness, and lasting quality of our blankets — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
We accept returns for items that are unused or gently used, provided they remain in good condition.

To qualify for a return:

  • The blanket must be clean, undamaged, and include its original packaging.
  • All tags (if applicable) must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please email us at support@verenza.shop with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll send step-by-step instructions for returning your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@verenza.shop so we can promptly review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing excessive wear, stains, or damage not caused by shipping

This return policy applies only to U.S. orders, as we currently do not ship internationally.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.
If more than 30 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@verenza.shop for assistance.
